Activision and Multiplay are pleased to announce the launch of The Contamination Cup, an Enemy Territory: Quake Wars tournament held online and at Multiplay's i32 LAN party. Compete in one of the first ET:QW tournaments ever run, featuring a massive prize fund of £3000. Your clan could be the lucky winners of £2000, which would be an excellent start for any new team looking to kickstart their competitive ET:QW career!

The competition will take place using the traditional ABBA format as seen in the original Enemy Territory, and will be played in 6v6 Stopwatch mode. There are 2 ways to qualify for the tournament; online, where the top 2 teams in the league will receive free entry to i32, and at the event itself, with the online tournament beginning on Tuesday 16th October with online registration ending on Thursday October 11th. Registration for the i32 tournament closes on Monday 5th November.
