29th June 2008, LONDON, UK. – QuadV LTD, one of the world’s leading videogame broadcasters announces plans to add foreign language commentary to its list of highly talented English shoutcasters.

QuadV is a highly respected videogame broadcaster and over the last few months has expanded to include North America with its coverage of CEVO professional league in addition to covering a multitude of events and loaning its commentators to TV companies such as Sky, DirecTV and Eurosport to name but a few. Now, it is excited to announce plans for further expansion beyond English commentary, adding up to 12 foreign language casters to the ranks.

The company is now accepting applications from anyone who thinks they have the dedication and talent to succeed in the very demanding area of videogame broadcasting as play by play commentators in the following countries and languages:

•    Turkish

Successful applicants will also be sent to our TV partners to work on a major international production for a major TV channel in Europe (pending agreement) alongside providing live play by play commentary in their native tongue on our Internet based TV and Radio channels.

Applicants should be over 18, hold a clean driving licence, have no criminal convictions, a current national passport and be prepared to travel. Candidates will ideally have experience in videogame play by play announcing, particularly in CounterStrike and a background in television broadcasting would be preferable but is not essential. Full training and support is given with excellent freelance fees paid, including expenses, travel and accommodation if required for events and TV work. Applicants should also note that this is not a full time position, but successful applicants will be required to sign a “freelance” agreement for their services as and when they are required and paid accordingly.
