Today will see our entire crew, both commentators and producers and technicians heading off to Chengdu in China in order to prepare for live coverage from the World Cyber Games 2009 Grand Finals next week. You can follow live updates of QuadV's journey by following the various Twitter accounts being used:

quadv, quadvtech, paulchaloner, iaincole, corincole, cabe_bedlam

We will also be trying to do as many "Behind the Scenes" video blogs as possible so keep an eye on our YouTube Channel for updates.

You have 5 days of coverage to look forward to, starting on Wednesday with the opening ceremony and the first match from the tournament for Warcraft 3 where Sky will be in action.

From then on, we will be giving you not one, but two streams of live coverage from the finals. On stream one, you will find all of the matches played on the main stage, including all of the finals for all games. On the second stream we will be providing you with live coverage of CS 1.6 throughout the 4 days of the tournament with a sprinkling of Starcraft when time allows ;)

The full line up of commentators is as follows:

Paul "ReDeYe" Chaloner
Stuart "TosspoT" Saw
Matt "A_Spec" Hoving
Jonas "bsl" Vikan
Kevin "Rotterdam" Van Der Kooi
Nick "Tasteless" Plott
Dan "Artosis" Stemkoski

These fine people will be supported by our tech crew of Gregg "Cabe" Bond, Iain "Iain" Cole and Corin "Corin" Cole as well as support from our technical director back at base Oliver Aldridge.

Full coverage schedules will be placed on the site on Tuesday evening (uk time) with a breakdown of what you can expect on both streams.

For now, wish our crew a safe trip to Chengdu and hang out in the IRC channel on quakenet #quadv for updates as and when they happen.
