Probably pretty late since it's 6-7 hours earlier there so I don't think you'll miss it if you watch quadV's schedule tomorrow.

Lol, I don't get the schedule. It tells you the date, but not the time. What time does the streaming for Qcon start?

weird.. the link on top says Quakecon 09 - Tomorrow when it just said Today an hour ago.. then the headline on the news says Friday August 14th, 2009 to Saturday August 15th, 2009 Dallas, United States

The top news thingi says Quakecon 2009 - Today and in the calendar it says QuakeCon in the Thu 13 column.
